Some people should not have tools.
Put the rod on backwards, fixed the gov tab.

I have seen that before. I acquired a recently rebuilt Kohler 12 horse that seized. Guess what, the rod was on backwards and the crank is full of aluminum. Perhaps the same guy did both????

had a guy use never seize as an assembly lube one time. yah, that don't work either
