Model 1210 PTO Question

After it runs awhile and everything is nice and hot, if I stop the PTO it will not come back on until everything cools down. Is there a thermal overload in the electric PTO or is just giving out?

Hate to be the bad guy but your field coil is probably on the way out. My 1210 did the same thing but that was many, many moons ago.

You may want to check the "air gap" on your PTO before you bite the bullet. See.... Elec PTO
