Will these fit my 100?
 

The right is QR-42 and the left is U-1111 (I'm waiting on confirmation on that last number but the first is confirmed off the serial plate.)

It is QA (Quick Attach).

The pictured snowthrowers are QA featured. I'd have to check if the QA-36 or QA-42 are adaptable for the "bolt on" requirements of the 100.

The one on the right I think you mean QA-42, the one on the left looks like a QA-42A. The QA stands for quick attach, which your tractor does not have. No worry because it also has bolt holes that you would use to mount it on your 100. You can look it up like I did on partstree.com, put in "cub cadet 100 garden tractor" and it will come up on the list of possible matches. Then scroll down the parts breakdown list to the compatable attachments section, both are listed.

On a personal note, I think a 42" thrower is a bit much for 10 hp. If it were mine, I would get a 36" thrower. I'm sure someone will follow up saying they used a 42" on a 10hp for years....your machine, your call. :beerchug:

You're right, it's a QA-42A with the U-1111 following.
I don't disagree with the possibility they may be a bit much for the 10 but I also tend to believe it "could" handle it. If it seems like it's struggling too much... I'll have a functional thrower up for sale or trade by next spring.

Then again, if we have a winter like this last one you'll find me on my CC buried in a snow bank in April!

I used to have a 122 and used my QA-42 snow thrower on it without any problems. Just bolt it on and it'll work fine.

Well, that's good to know but as I starded looking at the cost of replacing and upgrading my CC100 I shifted gears and went with the second option, I am now the proud owner of a 1650 w/QA-42A thrower. :beerchug:

Drove it up on my trailer yesterday evening though we had to hand lift the blower as the lift handle is disconnected. I'll be looking into that shortly.

Feer not, the 100 will continue to be the workhorse it is today, no way I'm letting go of that.

A new project? Definitely but for this year I'll be cleaning it up, ordering (done) some basics it needs and getting it ready to blast away at the snow this winter. Oh, and did I mention I'll be staying nice and dry and warm? It has an enclosed canopy with windshield wiper! Woo Who!

I'll post some pics in my album as soon as I can and I am quite sure y'all will be invaluable in advice when I dig into working on it.

P.S. I'd like to know its year, anyone identify this S/N? (See pic attached)
