You know those Deere guys.... they're all about show. :biggrin2:
(You can tell it's for show, the springs don't do anything.)

No way a MFWD tractor of "real" size could pull a 12 bottom. It takes serious horses to pull that many. 10 at the extreme most.... and 14" not 16" moldboards.

Still, guy did a heck of a good job. (We have to recognize a job well done.) Very nice build! :beerchug:

That is one fancy dethacher. Maybe a sandbox rake? The mold boards are so little.

That is neat, IH had a special plow they built it was huge! Have to look it up. Good build though! Looks cool!

I think it's the angle of the pic. They're at least 8".

I just looked again.... I see shins! Wonder if they are just machined to look like a shin, or if it really has them...... :bigthink:

Here's a plow! 16 bottom on a 4wd IH tractor.

J-Mech 08-24-2015 12:24 AM

Now that's a tractor! :bigeyes::biggrin2::biggrin2:

That little Garden tractor will pull that plow on any ground, -----------
or pavement for that matter!
Now putting it into the ground is another matter.:biggrin2:
All kidding aside, it is a lot of work building that scale model.
I'm thinking it is a lot narrower than the camera makes it look.:bigthink:
