What is your favorite/most valuable attachment for you Cub?

I'm curious what everyone values around here most as an attachment/implement for our Cubs. For this questions, tractors are excluded as well as mowing decks. So, what's your favorite, most used, or most indispensable attachment, implement, or other piece of yard equipment that you use with your Cub that doesn't break the bank? I'm thinking $200, no more than $300.

For me it'd have to be a tie between sweeper or sprayer. Collecting grass clippings for the garden and picking up hoards of leaves in the fall is made so much easier with a good sweeper behind the Cub. Then again, being able to spray my entire property with weed control as well as treat the yard is also a very valuable tool to have around. Hmm now that I think about it, the yard cart is pretty handy too :biggrin2:

So, what does comes to mind when everyone else on OCC thinks of this question? :bigthink:

I'd have to say my 48" mowing deck, its easily the most used implement and without it I wouldnt have a need for my cub. I have other implements but they serve no real purpose for most of the year. Second to the mower deck would be the snowplow for obvious reasons.

Lawn sweeper for sure, I raked the leaves first year and it was hours of back breaking work. And 2 hours later it was full of leaves again.

I'd have to say my mounted sprayer too. I have, however liked using the Brinly spiked harrow on the ball diamond.

Ya know I didn't even think of the snowplow, I'd be screwed in the winter if it weren't for that!!

Depends on the situation and the job. In the spring/summer/fall months, the mower deck is king. I can push mow my whole yard but it is a pain. In the winter, the snow blade/weights/spring assist is so much better than shoveling snow. My #2 trailer is great when I have to move a lot of dirt, or since I cut down a rather large willow tree yesterday, a lot of firewood.

Currently my 44"deck. Mowing an acre my push mower sux! I use a homemade wagon alot. If it wasn't so annoying to mow around obstacles with it, i would probably never take it off.

Id have to say my front blade by a long shot. Other then snow it's great for leveling out ruts and pushing stuff around. I have a dedicated machine to do this. Mowing 8s usualy done by my pos troy bilt lawn tractor just cuz its cheap and no one cares about it. The 3 point comes in handy as well for lifting and towing parts machines or non runners around as well

I like the carts the most, especially the #2s.:biggrin2:

I can't say any one in particular.....I have about 30 attachments...

But, if I had to pick it would be a snow blower. Blade is all good, but where I live, in the middle of nowhere, the blower is nice for home, nut just for the drive, but to clear a path to the house. At the shop, there is no way I would even consider trying to shovel any of it. The blower has saved me money, made me money, and kept a shovel out of my hand. Having a cab made it all the better. I wouldn't trade the blower OR the cab for anything. As long as I own cubs, if I gave up all attachments, I'd keep the cab and blower.
