Steering Column Question

Will a WF steering column fit a model NF model 73? My steering went out on my 73 and I was wondering if I could just do a swap. Thanks in advance for your information.

Pretty sure that the 73 uses a longer one than a wide frame has.

Yeah I believe the wide frames column are approximately 3 inches longer. NF Around 15" compared to WF around 18" IIRC

BASICALLY........all the GT steering columns are the same except for the length of the tube (or shaft).

actually the wf columns are shorter because they have a dished steering wheel.
