Removeable winch.

I originaly mounted this 2500# Bad Lands winch on back of 105 for the guy I got my 104 from and then ended up with the 105 also. I had it mounted solid on the rear end but decided i would make it so i can use it on any vehicle with 2" Reese style hitch so i can drag stuff up on my trailers.
Just got a bunch of firewood in on trade for a laminate floor job i just did for one of my customers and its all on a STEEP bank, so my plan is to drive as close as i dare to logs and skid them down to where we can cut them up safely.

Sorry bout the first try but i think i got it! The guy that I got it from had the cable all knotted up! Took longer to untangle than it did for the entire build!

Center of gravity too high? Might do wheelies.

If you look close you can see whee there are 2 spots to put insert. I only have it in the upper one so i can hook my trailer to lower spot to winch some junk up on it. But yes def. too high to pull like that. Also as it pulls down it pulls front blade down as well. Will try to get a video of it in action loading the remains of a crapsman on wagon to go to its final resting place!
