New guy from NY

I picked up this 125 on my wife's birthday last week.

This is not only my first Cub Cadet, but my first tractor. I have always wanted a tractor and the big snow fall this winter got me looking for something to do some snow clearing with. I found it on Craig's List about 15 miles from me. It came with the 36" snow thrower, 42" blade, 42" deck, wheel weights, chains, and an AgriFab 38" sweeper. It runs great, starts right up with no smoke or bad noises. The steering is a little sloppy, but it seems like they are all like that.
I don't plan on restoring it, just keeping it running nice and making whatever improvements it needs.
I also have a 1970 F350 DRW platform/stake that is a restoration in progress and my firewood, lumber, dirt, and now tractor hauler.
I live in the suburbs of NYC on a smaller lot so this tractor should have a pretty easy life with me.
Looks like there is lots of good stuff here at Only Cub Cadets.
Being that I bought it on her birthday, I had to let Mrs. Flatbedford take it for a ride around the yard when I got it off the truck.

Looks like you had to get her out of the shower to show it off. :)

Very nice pictures, The 125 looks good sitting there next to the old ford.

Yeah the '68 tractor and the '70 truck do go nicely together. I think I'll put the tractor up on the truck if I head out to any cruise nights with it this summer. It would have been nice if I had come across a '70 tractor, but this one will be fine. I wanted to buy a 127 that might have been a '70, but it sold before I could get to it.
