NF PTO Clutch rebuild questions
 

I have been searching the forum for several hours and still got a few questions.

Tractor is a 125 all original as far as I can tell.

I know I need to order a rebuild kit but I read that several of the kits don't include everything I need. Does anyone offer a kit with everything or should I wait an pull it apart and just order the parts I need for sure. I also am wondering about upgrading the clutch as the tractor will be mostly used for tiller and snow blower duty. It seems later versions used 2 springs as opposed to 1 spring. Do you have to replace the clutch housing to upgrade to dual springs or can the original housing be used?

If these have already been answered and I am just not able to find the right thread please link me.

You would have to use the 2 spring housing to use two springs. The 2 springs started with the wide frame tractors. The Cub Cadet kit includes the disc, spring or springs, and the rattle clips. If you need a button, levers, screws and nuts, the small the small release springs or the bearing they are separate from the kit and available.
