from what i typically see yes, ive only seen one diesel listed under 2k locally and it was a complete basket case. i generally see diesels from 2k to 3k.

So what do you think drives the price, "cool factor" ? I've never ran a diesel mower over 15 minutes. No way I'd want to breathe that horrible smell long enough to cut the whole yard.

Alright that's what i was figuring i've seen a few super diesels listed in the 3k range just wanted to make sure this wasn't super cheap.

That's a personal preference i love diesel that's what i went to school for and i love the smell of rolling coal.

Beautiful machine but I don't have nearly enough for that I'm not sure I can come up with the 2k I was just more interested in the prices in case I can find the money.

That 1512 looks like the one that was at an estate sale that was listed on CL a week or two ago in that area. Looks like they are trying to flip it for some quick profit. IMHO that is too much for a machine without the cat 0 hitch and the crappy tires that are on it.
