1641 deck problems
 

hello everyone ,

I have a pretty basic generic question about the mower deck on my 1641. its a 48in deck, I have leveled the deck, sharpened the blades, no they are not new, and do not appear to be bent. Belts are new shape. The problem I am having is that the clippings, do come out the shoot, but also clump up on the deck and drop out the rear of the deck every 20 foot or so. Has anyone had this happen or have any suggestions. Ps does it whether grass is dry or wet, I am mowing at approx 2.75 to 3.25 and mow when its about 3.5 . Doesnt have a mulch kit on

Are the blades on backwards?

Is the baffle still in place under the deck?

Can you post some pictures of the under side of your deck? Are the blades Cub cadet or after market?
