126 part confirmation

Recently picked up a 1970 C.C. 126 and its missing a few pieces. I am new to the world of older lawn tractors so hopefully this hasn't been discussed a million times.

I am looking for confirmation that the 73, 106, 107, 126, 127 all share the same body/frame set up but just the engines are different?

I am going to be looking for a hood, grill, rear fender reflectors , etc. and before I start searching ebay/forum classifieds for parts I want to make sure they are interchangeable and will work on my machine.

Thanks in advance

Andrew

Couple of pictures because everyone likes pictures.

Generally speaking, that is true. They all are part of the same series. As a note, when comparing parts, some parts for the model 73 may be different.

the 73 is a totally different animal, the others will be fine for parts donors.

Congrats on the third rarest production cub, looks like you will need the correct muffler and associated pieces if you're interested as well

Awesome, thanks for the info! I'm guessing the exhaust should cross over the front of the engine and out the right hand side? I was looking at pictures earlier and noticed a couple with them out the right side.

Yup, exhaust dumps out above the starter generator, shown here on my daughters 126
