149 Blade on a 1200?

Will a blade from a 149 fit a 1200? I found someone selling a 149 locally with a blade. Same goes for a mower deck, if I have the mule drive from the 149?

Thanks!

The blade will work.

The mower deck should, but depending on the which deck, you may need a different subframe.

Great. Thanks!

I really just want the blade, but if the deck is big enough, I might take home the whole tractor. The deck is on the tractor, so I assume I could just swap the subframes.

btw. I hope you guys are happy. I have no need for another tractor. But, man the price is good and you all can help me fix them :D

Jason, this is how it starts! Lol I've had my cub since dad gave it to me years ago. Then I needed a blade to push snow. Then I found a 54" blade when and bought it and the guy had a cub with no engine. My dad was gonna buy it so we went back a couple weeks later and it wasn't the puney 1420 he had at first. Now there was a 1211! So I bought it and had an old John deere with a k301 aqs in it. I took all the jd crap off and did some rewiring, with the help of Roland and installed it in the 1211. Now I have two cubs, just bought a plow have a disc and two cultivators.

Anything that mounts to the 149 will fit your 1200. Better just buy the 149 too. Its like the 806 of the cub world, very nice cub to have. Besides, youll love having the versatility of a hydro and gear drive.

Soo... I'm buying the 149. It's a couple hours away near my dad, so he is going to pay the guy and he's holding it until I can get up there in a couple weeks. He says it ran when he parked it 1.5 years ago. The PTO sticks on and he just got tire of messing with it.

It has wheel weights, a good mower deck and the blade. Even is the engine is shot, it's worth the $200 he wanted for all those goodies. The guy sounded pretty honest and straightforward, so I'm comfortable that it will probably fire up. I'll post pics when I pic it up in a couple weeks.

I have been nothing but impressed with my 1200 and how well it has been knocking down this hayfield. I can't believe how well it climbs the hills.
