Tiller removal and 44A attach

Does anyone know where I can find a video of of the best way to remove the rototiller and then also attaching the 44A mower deck? I 'm fairly certain I can figure it out by myself, but a good "how to" video always helps me. I did a search here but couldn't find anything. Am I missing something?
Thanks, everyone.

You may have to go to the Tech section and download the manuals.

I just removed my tiller the other day. Removing is way easier than install. Keep hands outta everything since everything moves. Here is a video I found on install- gives you an idea.

Thanks, Daniel. That video helps. I'll keep you posted.

Well, it took awhile, but I was able to remove the tiller and attach the 44A deck. Some of the bolts in the rear end appear to be too long. Anyone else experience this?
Quick disconnect...not. Lol

You don't need to remove the gearbox to install a mower deck. Just leave it on. Yes, with it removed the bolts will be too long.

This isn't difficult.....
Should be able to remove a tiller in about 15 min if it's hot and your slow. Takes about 20 to put the subframe on and attach the deck. It may take an hour total if you have trouble getting up and down. (Not poking fun at anyone.) I can switch in 15 min total or less, but I made my tiller a quick mount. It cut about 5 min off install time. But, the gearbox comes off with the tiller. Just taking the tiller off might take me 3 to 4 min.

Jonathan,
Thanks so much for the info. My 149 sat for a few years and I've only had it for 5 years, so this was my first try at doing it. I'm sure it will be easier and quicker with each attempt. Another question....if I leave the gearbox on, how can I tow things with the ball hitch?
Thanks again.

Hi Mooner...Mount the drawbar (hitch) upside down to the tiller gearbox bracket.
