Kohler k301 valve breather soaked in oil
 

Well the rebuild engine has been running great, but pulled the valve cover to check clearances and it was soaked in a decent amount of oil... Is that normal, or should I be concerned?

Is the drain hole in the back plate at the bottom?

I put it back with the hole down. I didn't notice when I took it apart. Hoping that is what it was and wish I would have checked for that before removing. I had about 10 hours of break in and switched to Amsoil sae30. I switched back to Dino oil now. Think it's too early
