Manual for QA-42?

Does anyone have a link to a manual for a QA-42 snow thrower. I tried the one in the tech library, but It will not load for me. Thank you!

It would be the owners manual. Sorry about the picture. It's the only way I can get it to upload while at work.

Don't know what to tell you. I downloaded both manuals with NO issues.
