1541 Front Implement Latch
 

I secured the plow to the front spring loaded implement latches and when reversing, the plow seperated from the latches. I ordered a replacement spring loaded lever (Cub Cadet International 782 Garden Tractor Quick Latch 703-1726-0498) that contacts the plow pins and hope that will fix the problem. Unfortunately the receptacle welded to the tractor show quite a bit of wear resulting in a larger opening for the plow pins to seat into. If anyone had this problem I would sure appreciate knowing what was done about it. Snow coming this weekend and can't plow. Thanks

You really should look around a bit before asking questions. Maybe it's been answered before..... or maybe, there is a running thread that has a solution...

Tim's idea is good. Personally, I would have just repaired the pocket and the latch. I only ever lost plow once. I put it right back one, and later fixed it so it wouldn't happen again.
