Help with this hydro pump

This pump is supposedly from a 1210. I cant tell for sure if it is ported with plugs or not. The bolt head rite above the drive connection is that a plug or not ? If so,if I remember correctly I can unscrew the plug and screw in the hydro lift fitting. Does this sound rite.

Thanks JOE

Looks like a ported pump from that angle, but after looking it up on the Cub Site, it looks to be some type of "fastener".

Check it out and see if it looks the same....just punch in 1210 on the right side, and bring up the parts diagram.

Good luck,

From what I understand they stopped producing non port pumps and just started capping the ported pumps. Yes I had a 1210 with caps and I transfered it to another tractor and just screwed in the adaptors.

If you see what looks like a cap that's what it is.

Yes, that is a capped ported pump. Just make sure when you take the plugs out and put in the line fittings you replace the black rubber "O" rings with new ones no matter how good they look..

You will also have to get the correct implement lift relief and charge pump relief valves and springs...a ported pump in that configuration has a plug where one of those relief valves goes. For what those parts are going to cost, it'd be simpler to get a ported pump that's configured as a ported pump, IMHO.
