1541 Dual Hydro Noise

After plowing the last time I heard a intermittent knocking noise that sounded like it was coming from the transmission area. The tractor performance did not seem to be effected. Any ideas on where to start or what to look for?

Check the driveshaft

Also take a look at the bolts that hold the trans in the frame.
