M-18 head bolts

Anyone know if Kohler uses torque-to-yeild headbolts? When mine was loose and I re-torqued them (20 ft/lbs) they felt awful twisty.

New gaskets and surfacing the heads is on the list and I figured I'd go with new bolts too if they're required.

No. Grade 8 bolts.
