Wheel stud knurl diameter ?

Guys

I need the knurl diameter for a Cub wheel stud. Cub part number is 710-0852. I need to replace the studs on one of my Cyclops with something longer. Stock is 1.6" long and I need at least 2". Here is a pic showing the area I need measured. Thanks in advance.

I measured some I had replaced and it was .460

BTW you are supposed to answer questions, not ask them.

Thank you Sir. I don't have all the answers all the time but I know how to get the answers.

Reason for this is that I got an 1863 carcass and a set of 10" wide JD wheels a few years ago from Leadslingingdaddy that I made into a 1641. The backspacing on the wheels caused the rim to hit the brakes. I put a 3/8" spacer on it and all was good. Fast forward to last week and I decided to switch mower decks from the 48 I had on it to a 46 and the tires hit the deck. I ended up putting a set of Cub wheels on that tractor but I need to correct the problem so that I can use the JD rims on my 1864. The studs are too short to use the JD wheels on the tractor that I want to put the JD wheels on, I can only get about 3 threads to catch. My guess is someone changed the studs on the 1863 because it looks like all the stuff I researched use the same stud. I can get longer studs, just needed to know what size to order and you had the answer. Off to Summit Racing we go. :beerchug:

Sam - NAPA has a wide selection of wheels studs available if Summit doesn't pan out.

Plan B, just happened to look at my 149. I thought it had 23X8.5-12 tires on a 12X7 rim's it but it has 23X10.5-12 tires on a 12X8.5 rim's so what I'm going to do is replace the bolts on the 149 with 3" long studs then I can use my spacers and the JD wheels on the 149 and put the wheels from the 149 on the 1641. The bolts are a PITA anyway so 2 problems solved for cheap money. McMaster has the studs and lug nuts with very good prices. :beerchug:

Got the studs and nuts today from McMaster. Mission accomplished. Any of you guys need 10 wheel bolts for the older tractors? $10.00 shipped.
