the 1811

I picked this up a few weeks ago, 500 hours on the clock.
PO said the driveshaft was vibrating, well I found the bolts for the motor were missing except one. So new bolts and got it to run after a carb clean and new kit. Then I saw that they recycled some tire sidewalls for new rag joints, mud tires to be exact. This is a new one for me, It will get fixed with correct ones. |
Those mud flaps chunks are so money....:beatdeadhorse:

Looks nice Lew, wanna trade for a 1050?
|
Tim,
I still have yet to see it move under its own power, but I will think about it. |
If your gonna use mud tires for rag joints you need Mud tires for the tractor, every one knows that. Summer tire rag joints for turf's, can't believe what some PO's do. :LMAO1::ROTF1::ROTF2:

I did that in a pinch/temporary deal as my FIL's mustang steer rag joints roached out in my driveway and needed to get it out of there. If you ever want to do something very difficult, try cutting those out of a tire and then drilling the holes........wow, never again
