deck spindle swap?
 

I've got a 44c that needs new sealed bearings....it works well but just to noisy. Got a smooth running 38" from a cub 125 that has the tapered bearing setup. Is it possible to change pulleys and install them on the 44c deck. They fit the 3 bolt holes in the deck. Before i tear everything apart, i thought i'd ask the experts. Thanks
