Dual Wheel Spacers
Any way to tell if these are original? Did IH stamp them in any way? Seem to be priced a little high.

Way to expensive. Dual wheels look stupid anyway.:biggrin2: If you really want a set I know where there's some for far less.

They don't look stupid. They serve a purpose. My 124 has them and also wheel weights and the tires are filled. I use it to pull my plugger and other lawn stuff. Although they were on it when I bought the tractor. https://photos.smugmug.com/MY-TRACTO...DSC_0017-L.jpg |

Guess you have to be a farmer for them to look normal. If you have need for them, it's worth it. If your just doing it to be "cool", you can spend money elsewhere.
Like in Ronnie's case, I'm not sure he really "needs" them to pull a plugger. But since he already has them it's alright. I have a set. Used them on the 125 while doing dirt work with the tractor making a water way in someones yard. I was on a slope and it gave me more traction and stability. I hope to have a rear implement wide enough to be able to use them again. Lance, those are 8.50's. |

Mostly, like Jon said, implements arent even the width of the duals let alone wider so it looks out of line for what farmers are used to seeing. But in areas where you want to lessen the ground pressure, gain traction, and side to side stability, they are very nice. |

Lance,
I cannot believe those "SOLD" for that price.....I suppose anything is possible. The kind of dual wheel spacers that you get kind of depends on the duty of the tractor. I use these on my O and I reversed the inside rims to give it a more narrow stance. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dual-Wheel-S...0ligWkHt3Ew5wg Granted I don't get "true" traction, but they have never slipped on me either, with them but they do seal around the rim, they are affordable and keep the snow/dirt out.
