Shifter from 104 on a 1000.

Will a shifter from a 104 fit a 1000? Parts tree shows 2 different numbers. Unless I'm mistaken, I thought they were the same part. Thanks.:bigthink:

The shifter lever is bent different for a 104, it might interfere with the fenders on a 1000.

Tim is correct. Shifter on the 1000 is much longer and very different shape than a 104.
