What fun project is everyone doing this weekend?
 

For me, I work Saturday and Sunday 9-1 boooo. Then after that, I'm pulling the ol' 2001 Silverado with the 5.3 into the garage to replace both my knock sensors. It's throwing the code and these engines I found are fairly known for having an issue with them. Then I hope to get to relax and kill some grass! We've gotten a good amount of rain this last week so that pesky green villain has grown pretty good. I get to do my usual routine of mowing the neighbor that pays me to do it (nothing better than getting paid to Cub :biggrin2:), then my yard and the empty lot next door. Should be a productive day!

So what's everyone else up to this weekend?

Being in HVAC, I'm imaging you are frequently on call. That's something I know a little bit about :bash2: Hopefully the hard work involves a Cub or two!

HVAC/R equipment don't know holidays. Had two "Def Com III, Super Nova Plus" calls on Walk-in Freezers in the last 24 hrs. Com'l Ice Machine and a Walk-in Cooler for this afternoon. Hopefully I can rest tomorrow.

Yeah I always feel bad calling guys after hours but sometimes you can't avoid it. I have enough stuff at work that about the only thing I can't band-aid until a normal business day is, you guessed it, a walk in cooler in the kitchen. Heat goes out in an apartment? 9 times out of 10 I can fix that myself but I have space heaters in the meantime. A/C out? I have new units waiting in the wings to drop in if needed but usually they just need a charge so until a tech can get here, I have a portable A/C. But when a walk in cooler/freezer goes out...sorry bud but I gotta call ya! Can't have thousands of dollars of food going bad :biggrin2:

Crossing my fingers you can get some rest tomorrow! :beerchug:

Gonna get ALL my Cubs out on the front yard so they can have a look see at all the folks coming into town for the big shindig!!

Speaking of heating..... our contrator and I mounted this bad boy and ran FostaPEX to the header this morning. Part of the wife's "capital project". :Bowdown2::Boohoo::BlahBlah:
