Replacement serial number tag for IH built 982
 

I am in search of a replacement serial number tag for an IH built cub cadet 982. Where would I locate one? Thanks for any help in advance.

I am guessing some might think you could be wanting to make it something its not. I am not suggesting that or anything, just thinking out loud.

The Tag may have been damaged, or corroded.

They're available including the rivets. I can't remember if you have to stamp your own numbers or they can come stamped. I will look for the thread. I think Jon posted about it once too. I know delta cub linked us to a cool wheel horse site that has all the Kohler stickers and data stickers.

These guys do the sticker-based tags. I haven't found where they do the metal ones though.
