K301 noise.

I have a good running k301 hear that makes a squeaking sound when you start it or throttle up, at first I thought it was the belt but I cleaned the pulley's and installed a new belt but it didn't change. I then thought the muffler was leaking so I tried a different and it still does it and it does it with no muffler. I'm now leaning towards the head gasket, what do you guys think?

What you see in the video is the smoke coming out at the muffler and the air coming over the fins blowing it forward, i thought the same thing but if you watch it in slow mo you can see it starts at the muffler joint.
