Cub 127 tiller belt size?
 

Hello all- I have a Cub 127 that needs a new belt from the PTO pulley to the little gearbox on the back of the tractor. Can anyone tell me the belt size? I found the mower deck length was 81.5" on the site and that worked, but can't find the tiller belt length. Thanks.

ASSUMMING....you have a #1 or #1A Tiller, then the correct PTO is IH-487045-R2, which is 13/32" x 141-7/8" (10.3mm x 3582 mm)

Funny you should ask about Cubs in NZ. I don't think there are many. There are Cub dealers, but they don't seem to be the IH type, more a modern garden tractor. I took my stats into the local dealer to get a belt and the tech department stood around looking at the photos saying they have never seen anything like this before.

This one is a family relic that I put in the container when we were moving to NZ. Now I think about the family every time I start her up. Still runs good, cuts well, and is a fun little unit to drive. Thanks for the belt size. I'm just now trying to get the tiller working. Can't wait.
