Cub 169 won't move
Just inherited my great uncles cub 169. I grew up on this tractor. Drove it on to the trailer,,,got it home,,drove it in to garage, now it won't move?
Looking for insight, and for value. This tractor was never in the rain, and never put away dirty! Not sure if I'll keep or sell? This tractor is sooo clean most of you tractor people would smile! Picture coming soon. I just had radiation on right side of brain, so not sure how much mechanic stuff I'm ready for? |
The 169 is a highly sought after tractor. It was Cub Cadet's first 16 HP model.
Condition is everything with the value of any piece of equipment. Pictures would be most helpful. :TTWWP: |
Like I told you over on GT talk, you need to pull the tunnel cover and check the spiral pins in the driveshaft. Why are you going to list it up for sale? You said over on GT talk you had a guy offer you $1500 which is way more than it's realistically worth so you better smile and take his money.

Seems I've heard this question before:biggrin2::biggrin2:

Sorry to hear you had yer brain radiated, hopefully they didn't fry anything you needed.
Pictures would help in value estimation of the tractor. I've known a lot of divorced people and their ex partners sure had a very different description of what other people knew/saw :biggrin2: Beauty is in the eye of the beerholder :beerchug: |
