Currently have a Cub 3204 and just picked up a 3235 with 54 inch deck, Sims cab and snow blade. Oh yeah..... the rear end has a hole the size of a soda can bottom. I will be searching for info on rebuilds/upgrades if any.

Not real sure but am thinking abuse/neglect. Cub is pretty clean but visual inspection showed balled front tires, starter is going out, needs tune up and hole in hitch plate has a gouge in its circumfrence and is bent downward. It was used to pull something very heavy. Plus I got a bag with a gear which was in 4 pieces. I will post pics later when I get home.
I did find a 3235 rolling chassis in Iowa and am going to get it this weekend. All hydros work so Ill swap rears but still wonder if there are upgrades for gears etc.
I have been checking on this site for some time and am very impressed with the knowledge and shared experiences here.
