Yup, bombing is well under way here...:beerchug:

We got about 7 inches. Snowed for about 24 hours, finally quit today about 4 pm. Sky cleared, sun came out just in time to set. High today was about 22 degrees. Gonna get cold tonight again!

We got about 2-3 inches of snow in central Jersey. I just put on the plow blade, chains and weights this morning. Did a winter oil change. Then finally got the stubborn Cub running by afternoon after having not run since late October.....only to find I got a blown head gasket. The old gasket did not have a fire ring. Got a new one this afternoon with the fire ring..... 26 bucks for genuine Kohler.

Not much to plow...... for that I have a gravel driveway. The winds had blown most of the snow away anyway.

I'm about 15-20 miles south of Allentown PA. We got 3 or 4" of snow. Most of it has blown to different areas because of the high winds.

I let the Cub Cadet sit as it will look the same in the morning as when I got home. My 4WD Suburban and my wife's 4WD Jeep will make short work of the drifts in the driveway.

:biggrin2: That is some jalopy for moving snow!!:beerchug:

Hi temp of 1 above here today in the Finger Lakes Region. More snow to my immediate North. Wind? Good grief if was howling this morning with 30-40 mph winds with actual temp of -7. Talk about SHRINKAGE!!!!!

twoton 01-05-2018 08:40 PM

Totally overrated storm. Only got a foot of snow. Of course the high temp of the day today was 19 when I got up at 4:30am and it will be zero tonight. And like Steve said, -7 tomorrow night.:beerchug:

Don't know about the overrated part, all we could see on the news was the bad flooding from a storm surge? Maybe this was just bad along the coastline? Regardless, the new footage in the flooded areas showed a real mess, hate it for those folks.
