I1046 wiring diagram

I guess this needs to be in this section. I have a 2007 i1046. I really like the mower, but it has recently been melting it's 20 amp fuse, but not blowing it. If the fuse is pulled out it will not turn over, the pto clutch will mot engage, and the headlights will not work. I can putt it out after it starts and it will keep running, but the PTO and lights do not work. I was hoping that someone here would have a wiring diagram and/or some suggestions. Model number 17AF9BKH710

I don't have a Wiring Diagram in my Library on the I1046.

Your condition sounds like you have some sort of "high resistance" connection. I would strongly suggest, that you look at the "Fuse Holder" and the wires connected to it. IF......you see any sort of burning or discoloration, replace any/all of of anything discolored.

Clean or replace the fuse holder, sounds like it is corroded, creating high resistance, thus heat

I agree with OL'George. I just went through the same thing with a LT1045. replaced the fuse holder and problem solved.

Thanks for the wiring diagram. I have also downloaded it and I hope it will be very useful in solving my ignition/start switch problem.
