Enforcer 54 hyrdos air locked?
 

Drained the fluid in each hydrostatic transmission on my Cub Cadet Enforcer 54. Around 4qts drained. Replaced the filters and went to fill it back but only got about 1qt in before the reservoir was full. Over a few days I got about another 1qt in but neither wheel will turn now. What am I missing?

I am not an expert, but I would gently unscrew my filter on each transmission, one at a time, until some of the fluid came out, then screw it back on and wipe off the excess fluid with a shop towel. Then see if that helps your situation.
