95e 36v on-board charger
 

I put my rebuilt 95e in service last August. It runs well and mows pretty good considering the humps & bumps in the yard. I've been using a remote 36v charger temporarily and would like to rebuild the original on-board unit. Mostly the wires are simply old, frayed & insulation cracked. I bench tested it and it worked fine last winter.

Does anyone have any knowledge and/or experience rebuilding a charger from one of these machines? I fabricated a new sheet metal housing for it and just need to transfer the innards over and re-wire it in the process.

This might sound stupid but you need to do some research on 36v power wheels. Converting power wheels to 36v is very popular and there is a ton of info on it, I suspect you might find the answers you're looking for from those people.
