129, engine free, clutch free, 2 flat tires. Got a plow and a car iron deck. Oil is clean and full. Tank looks like it was drained after last run. 200 bucks 1/2 mile from the house.... Guess I own one with a red strip now. Still looking to buy that 1450 from my other post. Looks to be unmolested.. just the way I like em!

Looks like a decent tractor but you cannot mount the mower deck. That is an older pin on style deck and bolt on mule. You will need a the correct mule to mount that deck to a wide frame.

Great point Deltacub! I was thinking the same thing, unless he wants to engineer something up. Nonetheless, great deal to score a 129 that way! Are those tire chains in the bed of the truck for the cub, too?

Yeah, I noticed this as I was loading in truck. The deck was sort of hidden and covered partially when I looked at it. Not sure If I will adapt to this deck or just get a different deck. I would just assume sell the cast iron deck since I don't have a tractor it would have been paired with. Not sure what they are worth.

Thanks! I feel I did OK with it. No, those are just some tow/tie down chains and binders.. Always keep some in the truck.

there's a 129 that has been sitting on a corner for a couple years now, people are never around when I go by there. It's rough but the engine's free and seems to have compression, between it and my "parts 129" carcass I should be able to salvage it.... it's about 30 miles away in a direction I rarely go, but I stop every time I am out that way to see if I see any signs of life around, made 1 trip out there 1 time "just" to try and catch somebody....
I talked to a teenaged boy once, he told me "Oh, that is so-and-so's tractor/ give me your number and I will give it to him" so I gave my number and have yet to hear.... need it like a hole in the head, I know....

I already have 1-and-1/2 129s.... if I get this one I can have 2, running/working 129s out of the 2-1/2 machines, maybe....
