Here's a quick video of me cleaning up a Nissan headlight. From this angle the light doesn't look to bad but looking straight on it was so yellow I could hardly see through the plastic, now they are back to looking like new.

The same compound I use to buff paint.

Was told the other day that off bug spray does an amazing job clearing up headlights the redneck way. Not sure if this is shanigans or not.
