Let's see your July 4th parade ideas
Mainly interested in ways to fasten flags to Cubs w/o drilling holes.
I have 10 Cubs to parade tomorrow IF I can find drivers! |

If you have implement handles, quickly zip tying a flag pole to it might be an option. Very quick method, just use a few zip ties to prevent the poles from sliding around.
Its not the most attractive method though. Hose clamps may look slightly better. Without that handle, you might be stuck making something to adapt a pole to it going the correct orientation. |
I like the idea of hitch mount. :beerchug: Keep it out of the drivers faces and hand controls. Safety first. Hey, how about a banner stretched between two of them? Good luck turning any corners in the parade route.... :biggrin2:

How about suction cups? Or you could always use the best, most professional mounting hardware available....duct tape.
I used the second method, but would advise against that because it may leave some glue behind. Whatever you decide to do, make sure you post pictures! |
Magnets. Lots of strong magnets available in various sizes and they stick almost anywhere on our steel machines!
