I've had this 682 for about a year and the members of this forum have been great help. Thank you very much.
I've thoroughly cleaned the carb, replaced the rubber shedding fuel lines, the weak pump, the dirty filter and it still ran bad. Then I pulled the shutoff.










After replacing that mess she starts and runs good no choke :)

Ever try to drink a milkshake with the straw crushed flat? That's what your poor Kohler was trying to do with that plugged valve! Glad you found the problem.
