Hi All!

I hope to learn a few things here, and I'm pretty good at fixing stuff.

I inherited a IH Cub Cadet 682 tractor, along with a Brinley blade, and a Haben H42 snowblower. Of course it has a mower deck, a 42".

I did have one problem that I had a dealer repair 2 years ago. The cork gasket at the hydrostatic drive blew - fluid all over the garage floor. It had been leaking for quite a while. It's all good now.

It been working great cutting almost 2 acres of grass for the last 4 seasons.

I do have one problem though. I need a manual or instructions to figure out how to attach the H42 snowblower to the tractor. I have searched here but can't seem to find the information. I have a box of parts that should contain all the pieces required.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can find an Installation/Owners manual at this link. Click on the bottom tab 192-353-100 (same as the H-42 Haban)..... H-42

I have now been able to determine that 6 parts are missing that control the chute, and the raising and lowering of the blower. I have purchased some steel flat bar, nuts and bolts, and will be fabricating those missing pieces with home tools.
