Fair price for a 308 tiller
 

I am looking for a tiller for 2072 SGT. I found a gentleman with a 308 tiller in good condition. He emailed pics and the tiller appears to be in good working order. The tiller could use some paint. He is asking $650, plus I would need to have it shipped, approximately $200. I know these tillers for the 2000 RPM pto are rare. Does this sound like a fair price?
