Bolts on tunnel cover and bottom cover

Weird size. 12-24. Screw/bolt. What else to use here?

Some people drill and tap over size in these areas to 1/4 x 20 but I get the 12 x 24. They are a little harder to find but are available.

Ditto. That is what I did, and I am glad that I done so.

The 12-24's can be had from Hwd stores, a popular size on metal door frame hinges.
Some fellows just run a 1/4 20 tap in the hole and use left over stove bolts from the chevy six's of our youth :beerchug:
