Floppy E-brake handle
 

Hi!
New member here with a LT 1042 KW tractor I bought about five years ago and has been trouble free, until now. My brake handle (in the middle of the dash) has gone floppy. I can't engage the brake so I have to shut it off to empty the bags or spend any time out of the seat. I've looked at all the parts lists to see some spring on that linkage but don't see any. My dealer hasn't been any help either.
:( Any one here had the same issue and could possible shed some light on this?

probably a cotter pin fell out and the rod came unhooked . look it over while moving the parking brake lever shouldn't be too hard to see what's wrong .
