Cub 107 mount bracket for electric lift.

Hi all,

I haven't been on in awhile but recently I found a neglected 147 with a salvageable electric lift. I'm rebuilding it now but when I searched for the mounting bracket for a 107 it just shows "NLA". Does anyone know the part number for this? I'd greatly appreciate the help.

As for the 147, I got it running but it needs some love. The transmission isn't engaging but I haven't had a chance to get under if long enough to figure it out. My wife isn't going to let me keep this or put the love it needs into it so if anyone would like it and are near Maryland, please let me know.

I hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Not sure exactly why you are searching part number whether you have one missing or damaged, but is having this bracket made(or repaired) a consideration? If not you, perhaps Jeff in PA could whip one up for you?

I'd be more than happy to make a working replacement but I'll "need a clue" as to what needs to be made. :beerchug:

Jeff,

The link below is the only information I've been able to find. It looks to be part number 12 is what I need as this item is welded onto the 147 as the frame is different to accommodate the larger motor where on the 107 it is a bolt on bracket. If you can recreate this part please let me know what the cost would be. Thank you.

Doing some searching, I came across this link

Is that the bracket on the engine kickout you need?

Jeff,

Yes, I need that bracket but the 107 doesnt have the kick out in the frame like the 147. I will try to take picture between the two to show the difference. I really appreciate your time on this. Thank you.

Does your frame have the bolt holes to fasten it? If so, I can easily make a stout bar with a spacer "X" thick to bolt up to the end of the lift.

We can work something out.

Yes, the frame has the thread holes for it to mount.

get me dimensions for the bar ( overall length, where the mounting holes are, what size bolts are used and how far from the back you want the lift cylinder to be)

Is there a nut/hole on the bottom of the frame too?

What size bolt for the lift cylinder?
