Relatively clean Cub Cadet 1100
 

How maneuverable are they? I am looking at one for a friend that has a steep yard and thought if we loaded the tires it might work out. He has a smallish yard, but is a big # 265 lb guy.

it looks to be one owner and is going for less than $50

For that price, buy it and try it. If it doesn't work out for him, sell it at the curb and double the price.
