my new tractor
 

I'm going to be restoring this cub cadet 1450 with 14hp. This is my first cub cadet and I'm new to this and will be learning as time goes on.It's in running condition but still needs some work..like a paint job for starters.

Congrats on your new 1450! Wish mine looked that nice when I got it. Just a friendly suggestion: I know paint is the first thing you want to do, but get any and all mechanical work needed done first. You don't want to start removing painted parts to fix things. I learned the hard way.

thank you everyone i'm glad to have it. I plan on taking my time and enjoy fixing it up. I also got it for $275 so i think the price was good as well

is it true that Your Dad had to talk you into getting this 1450.I heard you wanted to keep the Bolen and pass on the cub up. Is this true?
