Super 2182 purchase - help please with rear brace
 

Just bought my first Cub Cadet, a used 2182, and it is a super.

Need some quick help to determine if mine suffers from the infamous cracked rear end, eg what to look for go and where.

photos appreciated

also if there is a step by step procedure to install the 3rd party rearend braces.

First thing to check is for loose or missing bolts.

I just happen to know the guy that designed the rear end brace.:bigthink:
