1811 No start/no power help
Looking for some guidance. I pulled my 1811 out for the year and attempted to start it. Nothing. Oil indicator didn't even come on. I was able to jump the solenoid so that rules out the battery. My dad and I checked for power at the reverse relay, reverse switch, and seat switch and nothing. Fuse below the dash is good. Even once the solenoid was jumped and the machine was running, the pro would not work.
Is there any place we need to look that maybe we missed? Thank you, |
First, welcome to OCC..........:Welcome2:
I would first start with the Battery Cables. Both cables, both ends. Make sure they are clean, bright, and tight. |

Reach in behind the dash and grab a hold of the wires going to the ignition switch. wiggle them while turning the ignition key to the start position. Also make sure the brake is on to complete the starting circuit. Did you try and jump the starter relay under the seat by the battery?

I went through and cleaned a bunch of connections. Somewhere along the line something must have worked! Thanks guys.
