2082 PTO Clutch

My 2082 PTO Clutch is continually running. I think it was damaged when I removed it to replace a leaking seal. I have a damaged reducer and I am simply unsure which part or parts are salvageable. Does anyone know someone who refurbishes PTOs. It is a Warner 5209-46.

Sounds like your bearing is locked up or it was reinstalled wrong.
If it was working before the repair the I would say it was installed wrong.
