Brake lining thickness
 

Can anyone tell me the proper thickness for the brake pads on an 86 equipped with Ausco brakes?

Not sure exactly about the model 86 however on other models the 3/16 material from McMaster tends to be just a hair too thick and a little sanding may be required.

It looks like .100 is what I ended up with after doing some test fitting and sanding. Lets hope they work after I get them adjusted. Than ks for your input.
